Terms of Service

Welcome to Paddle Party, operated by EMQM Limited. By registering for and participating in our leagues, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Participation in Paddle Party leagues is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.
• By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement. If we discover that a participant is under 18, their account and participation will be terminated immediately without refund.

2. Registration Fees and Refund Policy

• Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds or credits may be granted, solely at the discretion of the company, in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters (e.g., tornadoes, floods), preventing league activities.
• Options:
  • Credit toward future participation.
  • Direct refund upon request.
• If Paddle Party cancels a league, participants will be offered the same options of credit or refund.

3. Liability and Waivers

• By participating, you acknowledge that playing pickleball is a physical activity and comes with inherent risks. You participate entirely at your own risk.
• Paddle Party does not own or maintain the courts used for league games. Any claims related to court conditions must be directed to the court owners or operators. Paddle Party is not liable for such issues.
• You agree to release and waive any claims against Paddle Party, EMQM Limited, or its affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation.

4. Dispute Resolution

• For any disputes or disagreements, the league administrator’s decision is final and binding.
• Any unresolved legal disputes will be governed by UK law and resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants must adhere to the rules and expectations outlined in our Flex League Guide.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, failure to follow league schedules, or any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the league.
• Paddle Party reserves the right to terminate a participant’s registration without refund if league rules are violated.

6. Intellectual Property

• Paddle Party, including its name, logo, branding, website content, and materials provided to participants, is the exclusive property of EMQM Limited.
• Unauthorized use of Paddle Party’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services

• Paddle Party uses third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing and other administrative functions.
• By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers.

8. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• The latest version of the Terms will always be available on our website with the effective date prominently displayed. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
